Frequently Asked Questions
What is the Doorway Program, in plain English?
The Doorway Program is a six-week guided journey back to your real self—the one you buried to survive childhood, relationships, expectations, and the world.
We strip away the bullshit, reconnect you to your truth, and rebuild your life from that place.
It’s not therapy. It’s not cheerleading.
It’s honest, sacred, uncomfortable growth… with someone walking you through every doorway.
Who is this program for?
Anyone who feels like they’re living at 60% of who they are.
Men, women, high-performers, creatives, burnt-out people, people who pretend they’re fine.
It’s for anyone who knows there’s more to them than the identity they’ve been performing.
Do I need to complete the Breakthrough Session first?
Yes.
The Breakthrough Session opens the internal landscape we’ll work with.
It’s where you meet the younger version of you who got left behind.
Because of this, The Doorway Program comes with the Breakthrough Session included.
What actually happens during a Breakthrough Session?
We talk for a bit.
We connect to what you want and what’s been in your way.
Then you go through a guided meditation:
doors → mirrors → selves that no longer serve → a corridor → a doorway into light → your safe space → and the moment you lost access to your authentic self.
It’s emotional.
It’s powerful.
And it’s not about breaking you down—it’s about waking you up.
How is this different from therapy, traditional coaching, or spiritual healing?
Therapy helps you understand your past.
Coaching helps you set goals.
Spiritual healing helps you feel connected.
The Doorway Program does all three—but fast, direct, embodied, and without talking in circles for months.
We go right to the root, then we build a new way of being right away.
What kind of results can I expect?
Most people can expect to experience:
• Emotional relief
• Clarity about who they are
• A quieter inner critic
• Better relationships
• More grounded confidence
• The feeling of “coming home” to themselves
Results vary, but everyone walks away changed.
Is this work intense? Will I cry?
Yes, it’s intense.
And maybe you’ll cry, maybe you won’t.
Intensity isn’t the enemy—numbness is.
You’re safe the entire time, and the intensity is what creates the breakthrough.
Is this safe?
Yes.
You’re guided the entire way.
The work is trauma-sensitive, slow enough to be held, and grounded enough to keep you present.
You’re never left alone with heavy emotions.
What if something comes up that I don’t know how to handle?
You’re not expected to “handle it.”
I hold the container.
I help you regulate, breathe, integrate, and move through it.
Nothing that shows up is bigger than the space we create.
How do the weekly sessions work?
We meet once a week for 60 minutes.
Each session has:
• A check-in
• A guided exercise or ritual
• Conversation and coaching
• Integration steps
You’ll get daily check-ins via text.
You’ll get a mid-week coaching call every week.
The work is structured, but human.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens.
We can reschedule once per program.
If something major comes up, we figure it out case-by-case.
But consistency is part of the transformation. I expect your commitment.
Will I have homework or practices between sessions?
Yes.
Journaling, reflection, embodiment practices, and small actions that anchor the work into your real life.
Nothing overwhelming—just enough that you keep walking through the doorways we open.
How long does it take to start feeling changes?
Many people feel a shift during the Breakthrough Session.
Most feel it by Week 2 or 3.
The changes deepen as you integrate the work outside of the calls.
Why do you use doorways, mirrors, and flame symbolism?
We use even more symbolism than that, and that’s because symbolism bypasses the ego and goes straight to the subconscious.
• Doorways = identity shifts
• Mirrors = the selves we’ve carried
• Flame = purification and rebirth
It’s not aesthetic—it’s psychological architecture.
Do you work with both men and women?
Yes.
The work is universal.
Masculine doesn’t mean “for men only”—it’s an energetic quality of direction, clarity, and truth.
Is this religious?
No.
It’s spiritual in the sense that it reconnects you with your inner world, your intuition, and your truth.
No dogma, no doctrine, no belief system required.
What if I’m skeptical or new to inner-child or shadow work?
Perfect.
You don’t need to “believe” in it.
You just need to be willing to trust the process, and committed to personal change.
The process works because it’s experiential, not theoretical.
What if I’m already in therapy or another program?
This work pairs well with therapy as long as your therapist is supportive.
If you’re in multiple intense programs at once, we talk first to make sure it won’t overload you.
How do sessions take place?
Sessions are on Zoom or over the phone.
Camera on is encouraged—it creates stronger connection and safer emotional work.
A headset or earbuds are recommended so that you’re fully immersed in the experience.
Nothing is recorded unless you specifically request it.
What do I need to prepare before a session?
A private space, headphones, water, and a journal.
Silence your phone.
Give yourself time afterward to integrate.
What makes Sacred as Hell different from other coaching programs?
It’s masculine, irreverent, spiritual, and grounded all at once.
There’s no fluff.
No “manifest harder.”
No recycled self-help platitudes.
Just truth, presence, depth, and actual change.
What if I don’t like talking about my feelings?
Great—we’re not here to “talk about feelings.”
We’re here to experience them, understand them, and move them.
You can be uncomfortable and still do the work.
How much does it cost?
• Breakthrough Session: $120
• The Doorway Program: $750
Sliding scale options exist, but commitment matters more than cost.
Do you offer payment plans or financial accommodations?
Yes.
Monthly and biweekly plans are available.
If cost is the only barrier, we find a way as long as the commitment is real.
What happens after the program ends?
By the time the program ends, you’ll have tools and insights to help you navigate. It’s my sincere hope that you won’t need me after the program concludes.
That being said, you’ll have options for continued coaching, integration support, and ongoing work if you need support not sliding back into old patterns.
Most people choose to continue, because once you open this doorway… you don’t want to go back.
